Wks 10-14 Win.ny @ 50mg/day

Taking 20mg nolva and 12.5mg aromasin ed for anti E

Need some advice, third cycle and never had problems like this before.

I'm assuming you are testing yourself with a scale? I'm sure it is water weight throwing that thing off.

Even with the anti-e's you can retain water if it is related to other things. Maybe you aren't drinking enough? Your body is hanging onto water from all the activity?

With all the cardio you do, you may be very efficient at hanging onto glycogen stores. So you are overflowing that tank with carbs. Just a thought. The diet looks good. Plenty of fats, etc. What total cals are we talking there?

You could axe 40g of carbs at dinner with the rice. Or is that 1 cup dry? Then it would be 80g. If you want to keep those cals add in some fat at lunch. As long as total cals remain the same, for you goal, the subbing fat for carbs will have zero effect on energy levels.

Thought #2 that protein is spilling over and being stored.

Overtraining/Overreaching? Your body might be hanging onto everything because of the activity levels. I know when I run, anything over say 4-6 miles I bloat up and can't get my wedding ring off. Is it possible to do so much that you are actually dehydrated and your body is holding water.

Is your body possibly storing fat because it is a primary energy source during aerobic exercise. It knows that you are doing so much that it is hanging onto it just in case.

Try a natty diuretic first and see if you don't shed some water over the next 3 days or so. Then I would look at splitting up the times for lifting and cardio. Morning/Night type of thing. I might drop the mid-week cardio session.

Just keep making minor tweaks and see if this doesn't resolve. It could be anything in this case. Plus that's a nice dose of test.

Yeah I am just using a scale, but I weigh myself once per week at three different times and take an average reading to help eliminate random errors in the scale's readings.

Currently going for about 5-6K calories/day. Thanks for all the advice... think I'll try the natty diuretic before anything more drastic. Hopefully when I introduce the masteron it'll help get rid of some of this water weight.

I'll just mention though, that it kills me to put so much hard work in seeing the scale go the opposite way.

During my cycle BF went down and weight went up - a scale can be a bad judge.
