Front squats - I was very dubious but they were good - I think my quads will be sore tomorrow
Pull ups - the only one who couldn't do it unassisted was me. Gee, IP is a strong chick
DB Incline press - reached an all time personal best on the last set (but then it's amazing what an audience can do)
Needsize Abs - don't want to talk about it, LOL, and couldn't speak after it anyway!
