1/2 avocado
1 slice swiss cheese

Discovered that green tea is very good iced.

3.00pm Gym :verygood:
Oh yes, and it was an AWESOME workout - they kicked my ass big time:
All 5 sets by 7 reps
Squats
Bench
Deadlifts (while IP and Nelms did power cleans, OMG)
Military Press

For such a petite young lady, IP is a powerhouse of strength. I am truly in awe. And I need to pick up my game. The best thing about it was that Nelms and IP helped me mentally,

though,

I can't give up the gloves yet!!!!

Sounds like IP and Nelms need to tour the world, stop at each one of our home towns and go with us to our gyms to show us how it's done ;) :p

9 mins elliptical - 90sec/30sec intervals
6 mins elliptical - steady state

1448 cals P:49 C:25 F:26 Fiber:25g 4 liters water

IP and Nelms go hard, harder, hardest! All 5 sets, 7 reps:
Front squats - I was very dubious but they were good - I think my quads will be sore tomorrow
Pull ups - the only one who couldn't do it unassisted was me. Gee, IP is a strong chick
DB Incline press - reached an all time personal best on the last set (but then it's amazing what an audience can do)
Needsize Abs - don't want to talk about it, LOL, and couldn't speak after it anyway!

8.30pm
