IP!!! :heart: Good to hear from you :rolly: I'm envious of your trip. That is my favorite part of the world and I have no doubt you'll have a blast. We miss you both, but I'm definitely happy to hear that you're both enjoying yourselves. Do check in whenever possible :bigkiss:

Mermaid and P, don't worry...your friends, mom, aunt, uncle, co-workers, neighbors, and stray animals have nothing to worry about! LOL! The only thing we'll "take" is memories and pictures!!! LOL! :)

Friday 4 March

6.30am
1 cup whites, 1 yolk
1 cup bran cereal
1/2 cup FF milk

10.00am
3 scoop whey

12.30pm Succumbed to peer pressure and joined everyone for a Company BBQ to celebrate its 60th birthday. Ignored all the creamy salads, sodas, chips etc. and just had:

1 plain hamburger on a small soft bread roll

4.00pm
2 slices Performax bread
2 tbsp almond butter (aah, I've missed you)

7.30pm Dinner with in-laws prior to wedding
3 large black figs - did not eat sauce that came with them
1/2 cold steamed mud crab
2 cups of a very interesting salad (yellow grape toms, snow peas, asparagus, rocket)
1 cup fries
4 summer stone fruit (apricot, plum)
1/3 cup pannacotta (just a taste really)

Not toooo bad.

Totals before dinner:
958 cals P:37 C:35 F:29

It is blowing a gale and has rained non stop for 3 days (hope this changes for IP and Nelms :worried: ); the wedding is going to be a wash out. I might not be able to post until Sunday night unless there is internet access in the hotel. So have a good weekend everyone!! :)
 
The Weekend

The wedding was great although it rained non stop for the whole 48 hours. Even though P said I looked fab in my new outfit, I felt like absolute sh!t because I'm still a bit bloated (fat ankles, popping out of my bra). Plus my food choices were limited and not the best. I drank champagne and regretted it today - I got my usual sinus issues when drinking the grape and I'm sure that did not help the bloat either. However, I was not hungover :verygood:

P has promised to drag my bloated a$$ to the gym at 5am tomorrow. I know I will absolutely not want to get up but I've got to get back into it and there's nothing like early morning cardio to slap you into shape.
 
No, didn't do the AM cardio and had a guilt trip all day about it. So ate clean and went to the gym tonight. It was bursting to the seams with grunters(being a Monday) so did 45 mins cardio.

6.30am

1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp almond butter

3oz chicken breast
1 cup broccoli florets

4.00pm
1/3 cup natural trail mix (was all I had)

6.30pm Gym
45 mins cardio - treadmill - intervals
4mph @ 0-10% incline


7.30pm
4oz chicken breast
9 asparagus spears
1 tbsp cranberry sauce

1277 cals P:41 C:28 F:31 Fiber:18g
 
Tuesday 7 March

8.00am
2 slices Performax bread
1 tbsp honey
3 scoop whey

11.00am
1 cup tuna
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup coleslaw
1 cup broccoli

3.00pm
2 slices Performax bread (I know, too much bread)
2/3 cup cottage cheese

Both bosses in town for my formal review tomorrow. Was invited out to dinner so accepted - needed to schmooze, hate it though, it's not really me.

7.00pm
5 large grilled king prawns w/ garlic and olive oil
1/4 cup jasmine rice

That was all I could stomach. Refused some expensive wine, bread and dessert.

Totals before dinner:

1106 cals P:44 C:25 F:31 Fiber:27g

I have upped my water intake to around 4 liters per day and feel much better for it.
