I want to start to exchange goods. Specifically natural resources. Do you guys know what is a good source of info web or paperback that i can read more abour this. Im familiar with the securities market somewhat and want to switch to mercatile trading.

Specifically Oil, Natural Gas and Gold.

beware trading futures is NOTHING like equities or options for that matter. They are purely technical and emotion (emotional like the floor traders in the movie Trading Places trading off info and placing bets before the news) so most don't make it. Ag products do trend well so they would be alright for swing trades.
