I want to look like a Men's Health cover model. My genetics suck. Right now I'm at 5'9", 180lbs @ 20% bf. This is what I have: Lots of Naposim, Deca, EQ, Primo Depot, some Winny Depot, Clomids, hCG, T3, T4, DNP, Clen, ECA, and Adipex. Please don't give me any hard work and strict diet bullshit. Help me out pharmacologically please. Thanks.

I'm not new to the world of roids man, it's just that I've only been able to get big off them so far, which is o.k., but now I'm thinking about going for a more lean, GQ look. And for that look, I'm kind of lost as to what combinations of what substances I should use. I know, up the cardio, cut the carbs... that's all pretty obvious, but what kind of stack should I use?

Yeah, I went to school in Hungary for a while... man that place is steroid heaven... almost anything you want, 50% of U.S. prices, and damn easy (and safe) to get. If you ever get a chance, I highly recommend a short Eastern European vacation...
 
depending completely on drugs to make your goals is stupid.

now to answere your question

keep calories at 12 cals per lb of bodyweight, try 65% protein, 20% carbs, 15% fats.

drugs:

deca 300-400mg/week
primo 400mg/week
winny 50mg/ed
t-3, 4 day steps, start at 25mcg/ed work up to 100mcg/ed and back down.
do 90-120min of cardio per week

Bro no matter what you take... The roids and fat burners arent gonna get you from 20%bf down to 6%bf...If you want the GQ look, you gotta get dedicated. Keep cals in the range of 1500-2000... try a keto diet... 70%fat 30%protein... Do the whole keto scheme and it should work... Do cardio at least 3 times per week. As for the AAS... try this once you get all other aspects down:

eq: 600mg/wk
deca: 300mg/wk
winny: 50mg ed-100mg ed
primo:400mg/wk
naps:50mg ed

Throw in some low dose 200mg ed DNP for the first 3 weeks... Then throw in 100mcg t3 and 120mcg clen for 3 weeks, then DNP for another 3 weeks... You should drop a good portion of fat, and get alot leaner... Also try to get a hold of some GH
 
I like serges suggestion..there are many combos you can make out of that inventory to get what you are looking for but the bottom line is...it all comes down to diet and cardio. E-mail or PM me anytime if you need any help at all

Buy yourself a mountain bike and ride lots... You will not have to worry about dropping cals low then... cardio - fun cardio like mountain biking is key....
 
There should be no reason to hit drugs when your BF is at 20%, you can bring it way down naturally with some consistant work. When you're at least down to around the 10% area, hit the drugs, and then you'll be much more impressed with the results; and won't be pissing away your money. Maybe give this a go:

-30 minutes of cardio in the morning before eating. It's not that big of a deal, and it's a good way to start a day. It'll burn a bit of calories, but mostly it'll get your metabolism jump started.

-On non-lifting days throw in another cardio session later in the day, this will keep your metabolism going for pretty much the entire time you are awake.

-For your training; raise the reps, and lower your rest time between sets.

-Eat a little less, and try to eat at least five times a day.

-Make sure you have breakfast, and eat right after training (some fruit or juice would be good with the protein)

-ECA Stack is great, I go on it for as long as I can handle, then I might switch to a Ketogenic diet while I'm off.

This is a little bit of work, but if you want your GQ body, you gotta pay the price.

if u try the keto diet for a couple of weeks and feel like its not workin for you...dont hesitate to change it up...everyone's different. Personally i tried the keto diet and i thought it sucked ,,,i didnt loose jack. So now im on a 40 protein, 30 carbs, 20 fat diet and its workin wonders. Great pumps in the gym and im loosin fat. So dont be afraid to tweak diets to your perfection. When it comes down to it. It calories in versus calories out. Thats all that really matters.
 
If you are really committed to that whole Men's Health Model thing, throw in a steady regimen of anal fisting, fellatio with many anonymous partners, and frequent buggery.
 
Dirty you mock the 70% fat 30% peotein... Go read up on the BodyOpus or Anabolic diet... It works... Instead of burning carbs for energy, it burns fat... Its working wonders on me
