as soon as the slow-as-molasses-in-january workman's comp system flushes thru their system; i will be getting orthoscopic surgery to fix my Torn Tendon.

what's the best way to rehab my knee after surgery?

how long did it take you to get back to "normal"?

What tendon did you tear? The meniscus is a cartilage disc in the knee.

whomever your orthopedic surgeon is should have a PT program put in place for you.

My surgery was Dec 22 and im almost 75%.Im doing 185 for sets of 15 anything heavier it gets a little sore a day later.Have them set you up with rehab.Electro stim at the end of therapy session each day with ice does wonders.
