See..I still disagree...unless some ISOLATED incident..1/100,000,00 chance of happening like say she injured a family member or did something hanus(sp?) to one of them and hurtful...I still am not going to hit her....now if she has a gun or bat and I have no other means of restraining her..then yes I will have to..sorry to say..knock her out.

I have always told my girlfriends, "If you slap me, punch me, scratch me, kick me, I will leave the room. I will never retaliate when I am angry. However, when we both cool off and come to our senses, I will do to you exactly what you did to me. If you left a three inch scratch on my shoulder, you will receive a three inch sratch on yours. If my face is bruised, your face will in turn be bruised."

I've said this to every one of them after the first time they've physically hurt me out of anger or frustration. They've all thought this was a fair way to handle it, and they've never touched me again.

In reality, I would never touch them, especially after I had cooled down. That's just sadistic to hurt someone when you're not even pissed off. But they don't know that

I date very normal girls. But, I have the uncanny ability to show no emotion, excitement, or even interest when a person gets pissed off at me for a stupid reason. I just act really aloof and then look at them like they're stupid. This absolutely infuriates most people.

As a result, almost inevitably they hit me on the arm or stick their nails into my forearm out of uncontrollable frustration. And that's when we have "the talk."

On a side note, I've had guy friends take a swing at me when I've tried this tactic on them. My ability to do this comes from years of psychologically taunting and dominating my little brother.
