memory foam mattress stuff

anyone ever sleep on this stuff? should i just go straight to the couch instead of bed tonight?

some older dude she just hired for part time work has a full time job in a factory that makes those foam mattresses with the memory foam on them. he hooked us up with one. i guess they sell for $200 and up, i dunno. thing is damn HUGE. it's like the thickness of a mattress and a half.

i was laying on it and it's just weird. can't move like a normal bed.

wonder what fucking on it will be like.

no, it's like, this thing IS the mattress. it's strange. we had to yank the mattress off the bed. with the regular mattress on, there was maybe 5-6" from the top of the mattress to the top of the foot board. this foam thingy, the top of it is even with the top of the foot board.

and yeah, put the sheets over it.

still felt strange.

wonder how much "memory" it has. like, if i'm pounding it to her for a while, is there going to be a perminent indent from her ass in the foam?

of course it was free, and it was still in the plastic too. i just bought a car, you think i can afford any other major purchases?

i guess these things retail for a lot though. if i hate it, i'll be taking a utility knife to it to shred it and make it easier to haul out of the house. thing was a pain in the ass to get up the stairs.

if i won the lottery, i wouldn't be posting right now. if i was, it'd be from a beach somewhere.

we just put it on the bed tonight. i'm going up to bed shortly. hope it's comfy.

I don't like them personally...you sink into them and it retains a lot of body heat...and I can't sleep if I'm too warm.

havn't made a judgement yet. it's definetly different. i tossed and turned for a while after a few hours. had a few really strange dreams. all night i kept feeling like i was sinking. back was a bit sore before i went to bed, but usually i wake up and it's not sore. well, it's sore, not as bad, but it's sore.

i'll give it a go for a few more nights. my back could just be sore period, i dunno. if it continues, however, that foam is getting shredded and it's back to the regular mattress.

your claws, not mine. don't shred the foam honey, unless we're planning on getting rid of it anyway.

I can't appropriate fucking leverage on a NASA bed, sorry. Ever try to fuck missionary on a waterbed? This is one step removed. After 5-10 minutes, I sink too low. I love a firm mattress, firmer the better.

I am going for a Dux 2003 or a 7007 if I can find one discounted.

I dont know what type of mattress my guy has, but it is AWESOME! Everything from the bed, to the pillows, to the sheets to the comforter are soooooooooo fucking comfortable. I ALWAYS sleep so well when I am with him... but then again, the company *might* have something to do with the company I am keeping as well.

Completely agree. I got one of those pillows about 6 monts ago and it kicks so much ass that I might look into one of those mattresses when my current one (which is the most comfortable mattress in the world!!!) needs replacing.
