I just placed an order and it included two bottles of CLA. I think it will complement my Fish oil supplementation well. I see it is made of the Isomers which will give the most benefit. Healthy Fat is were its at. What if any kind of anti inflammatory actions can I expect from this CLA? I have been having some nagging aches and pains lately and I am hoping this will help some. Thanks.

Its not really known for its anti-imflamatory effects, omega-3s do at better job at that.

So far, guys who are using it for the hair loss benefits have reported noticing less "fall out", and most guys like the taste and texture of the powder. (I know I do)

No side effects to worry about at all. You could eat a whole can of this stuff and probably not notice any ill effects. Its a very safe food based extraction of Vitamin E.

Some guys who live in a very humid environment, or who may have some sort of skin fungus/disease can get a temporary reaction from our topical products. However, most guys report positive skin moisturizing effects, since the topical does contain ingredients healthy for the skin – ie aloe vera, shea butter, almond oil, emu oil, vitamin E, ect.

Yes, Toco is an oral product, and it probably does have some benefits for the skin.
