melatonin dosage

I have been taking 6mg a night and it was working fun, but the last few nights I have not been able to sleep. I don't have anything that is stressing me out. just the old tren. Is 9mg too much?
 
uuuhh yes. I've found that 1.5 works best for me. When I take more than that It keeps me up. Try a small amount like 1/2 a tab and see what happens. More is not always better especially in sleep aids. Also If I don't go to bed when that tired feeling creeps over me, forget it I'm up for quite a while.
 
9mg might work, or it might give your nightmares. Even if it does work, though, it's generally too high of a dose to use (remember, melatonin fucks with your metabolism by slowing it down, and messes with your psyche). God knows what else can help you with tren insomnia... P-7 with valerian root extract and 5-HTP megadosed? Maybe with some GABA thrown in for good measure.
 
I've taken 3mg, 6mg, 9mg, 12mg and 15mg... 9mg was enough while 12mg or 15mg were just about the same IMO. 3mg is not enough. 6 or 9 mg is the best imo.

Word to the wise, before you megadose on every avaliable sleeping aid, and cause yourself and your liver unnecessary stress, eliminate the culprit, which in this case is the trenbolone!! :chomp:

Well guys remember that melatonin is not to fall asleep. Is for help in healthy sleep patterns. Is not the same.
 
Only 3 weeks left, so I am riding out the culperet. Maybe I just need to get some ass before I go to bed. I'll try that this week....
 
Bro,

Go get some Unisom - over the counter aid to help fall asleep - and they're gelcaps. I think the active ingredient is called Diphenhydramine. Anyway, One 3mg melatonin and one unisom, and you'll be asleep in less than an hour.

I will be surprised if it doesn't do the trick without having to increase your melatonin dose.
