OK bros I need help understanding something.....last night I thought I was going to die I felt so bad. supplements I am taking that could have caused this feeling are as follows:
8am 1 stacker 2; 1 thermorexin; dandelion root; 50mcg Clen
Noon 1 stacker 2; 1 thermorexin; dandelion root; 50mcg Clen
5pm 2 thermorexin and 1 stacker 2

I played softball at 7:20 at night and it was just under 70 degrees but raining on and off and very humid and I was sweating like I was in a shower (it wasn't raining all the time). I felt fine all day and all night until after my game I started to feel nauseous...then it became crippling nautiusness and I spent an hour on the floor of the bar that sponsors us drinking water. I came minutes away from calling an ambulance because my hands kept going numb then my feet would then back to my hands. We were in air-conditioning and I was sweating so bad inside and my teammates were getting worried because there was a pool of water on the floor around my body. I've never had a problem like that before. Could it be that I was dehydrated and not drinking enough to compensate what I was sweating??? Anyone ever had a problem like this?

If you are trying to lose weight let me school you on something....

Try this-
Bring your carbs down to 75 grams a day, put your proteins to 2grams per pound of muscles mass.

Get Keto Sticks use them 4 times a day and keep yourself in a Ketosis state. Then get yourself a Gluscose reader. You want to keep your blood sugars at 70. Once you get these to that point your body will be living off of your fat cells. When you start to feel really light headed during the day, for the last meal get yourself NATURAL peanut butter. One table spoon. When it starts happening again make it two at the last meal. Again, add one more at meal before last. Again, then two the meal before last. Mind you keep the Keto Sticks and the gluscose at the same levels the whole time.
One hour of cardio (Bike) a day and I damn well guarantee you will get shredded!
 
I think the quantity has to do with tolerance....I never had an issue before...what I was asking for was if that sounds like dyhdration or what?

Lifeblood...tell me more about where I get the keto sticks and glucose reader...as for the carbs I am about 40-50grms a day and protein about 350grams and I way about 230

With all those stimulants and dieuretics (and you are taking alot), it could be dehydration, too high of a core body temperature, electrolyte imbalance, etc...you may never know for certain though...
