Measuring liquid clen?antihistimine?

hey all!
i got my clen 2day {200mcg per ml 50 ml }and my source recommended i get a 100iu slin needle to measure out my doses?is this the easiest method for me to measure with?

i will be doing 2weeks on 2weeks off
starting at 20mcg
how do you guys stucture a 2 week taper?
can i just taper up from 20-100mcg and not taper down
20/20/20/40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100?
or do a 3 week instead?
is a antihistimine nessasery on 2 weeks?or only 3+?

Tapering up is a good idea to find your tolerance level. You may not be able to even go to 100mcgs dependant upon your reaction and sides. I don't see any reason to taper off.

Slin pin is not a bad way to get accurate measurement but I just use a regular syringe myself. If your running in excess of 2 weeks then it is advised to use either diphenhydrmine (50mgs) or ketoifen (3mgs) daily with the argument it will assist in upregulating receptors allowing the clen to still be active.

Based on its rate of elimination from the body, and how much is usually needed to be effective for athletes, my recommendations are the same for both men and women. You´ll need to take 20mcgs upon rising, and then repeat that same dose again later in the day, and then once again in that day (if you find you can tolerate the effects). So you´ll start with 20mcgs, and then repeat that dose 2 more times that same day if you can tolerate it (side effects will determine this hand shaking, sweating, etc& classic stimulant sides). Then you can start increasing the dose gradually. Personally, I wouldn´t work my way up to more than 200mcg/day. 60-120mcg/day is an average dose. And keep your Blood Pressure at (or under) 140/90, while on clen, just to be safe. If you go over that, lower the dose. You´ll also want to know your body temperature, upon rising, for the week before you start taking your clen, and then monitor it (again, as soon as you wake up) throughout your clen regimen. When it returns to the level it was at before you began taking the clen, you´ll need to start taking your Benadryl or Ketotifen, as the decrease in Body Temperature back to original levels indicates the thermogenic effect is beginning to decline

what size barrel and pin do you use?
 
got a 5ml oral syringe to use will change 2 25mcg increments to make it easy 4 me.
so at 200mcg per ml
125mg=25mcg
250mg=50mcg
375mg=75mcg
500mg=100mcg etc?
20n 2off starting @25mcg and going up 25mcg every 3 days to 100mcg max if tolarable
