Meals - postworkout and before going to bed

I feel that these meals are really affecting my gains. I eat a lot, but these meals are probably what is making me still retain fat. I would like some sample meals post workout and before I go to bed.

Post workout:
40g dextrose/40g protein/10g cratine

before bed:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1tbsp. flaxseed oil
1 5oz. chicken breast
15g psyllium husk fiber

Dextrose is basically a glucose polymer, great for pw anabolism

The positives of fiber is better digestion and slower digestion, not spiking blood sugar before bed; thus, less fat gain.

ok, my postworkout shake was 44 grams of protein, and about the same amount for a complex carbs powder that I have. as for the carb powder, the tub says it contains maldextrin, but not dextrose. is this the same thing? also, is this ok/will I benefit from using the carb powder?

Malto is basically the same as dextrose, just Malto has a little slower digestion time. You'll be fine using either. You will get a good anabolic benefit pw from having insulin spikes.

Isn't that a lot to be eating before hitting the sac? Could I just take a protein shake or egg some egg whites before bed?

Of course you can take a protein shake or some eggs before bed, just add some fiber to the mix and you will not be hungry the whole day.
