Meal Times?

Hello again:D

I've been on my diet for over two months now and i would like to know what time is your last meal ?

Some times i wake up late and i'm finding it hard to have my 5 meals aday. But i'm always full and don't need it but should i be having another meal or is it ok to miss it?


Here is what a day of eating my diet is like:

Meal 1 -oatmeal/Skim milk, Shake/Flax oil,about 20 min's later Mul/vitamin
meal 2 -Tuna mixed with salsa
meal 3 -Tuna mixed with salsa
meal 4 -Shake/Flax oil
meal 5 -Brown rice 1 cup, Tuna mixed with salsa
3 to 4 cups of coffee aday.

I'm always full from this each day. I workout in the morning on the Bike ( 30 to 45 min's) before i eat.
I workout after 9:00 pm ( because of work ) I don't eat after 6:00 pm and i drink alot of water all day.

You shouldn't miss meals, but you should have a protein shake at least (w/ glutamine and creatine) post-workout.

My last meal is about 1-2 hours before I go to bed. It's a pretty small meal actually - usually just a bit of tuna and some spices, or a nice protein shake.

I'm just trying to lose my fat and stay tone right now before i start to workout hard. So i can see what i have to work first.
Should i still have the Shake with (w/ glutamine and creatine) post workout or just the Shake?

I used to have a protein shake, or can of tuna at 9, because my 7pm meal consits of either a protein shake or can of tuna. I just combined those two meals, and usually go to bed at about 9.
 
it was reccomended to me to eat like six times a day but in smaller portions.when you starve yourself your body stores the fat because it dos'nt know when its going to get fed again. my suggestion to you is just to watch what you eat and to eat more frequently but not as much.

Agreed!!
 
I've always had about 60-80g of sugar post-workout to restore muscle glycogen. Now I feel like it might not be necessary (I could eat complex carbs, instead), and that the sugar is putting on bodyfat.

Any thoughts?
