Meal Replacement Shakes

Hi, Are MR Shakes alright instead of a meal 3 weeks out from a contest? I'm new to this, only 2nd show (Figure). I usually eat real food but sometimes I'm in the car w/kids and doing errands, its either Burger King or a Shake. I get Myoplex lite w/ 1 T. p-nut butter mixed w/H20. Is this alright?? Its usually my mid-day meal. Its natural p-nut butter and I have them add 1 extra scoop of protein. Any ideas for a busy mom to stay eating clean while on the road?? Thanks All :)
 
I would most definetly drop the natty P/B three weeks out ; those meal replacement drinks contain too much of stuff you dont need at this point. Two shakes at the most a day ; how about trying something along the line of Isopure No Carb??

Its hard with the kids , I know. But I just plan ahead , how long I will be gone, and have my next meal to go with me.
 
I know about being on the go - I don't have kids, but I'm out of the house about 14 hours a day (work, school, gym). I have to sit down the day before and plan out all my meals for the whole next day. Plus cooking and packaging meals (measuring, bagging, putting in tupperware, etc) for the next few days.

:idea:
Can you bring a cooler in the car? A cooler would be perfect for the car - you can keep "real" meals in there as well as water and even some healthy snacks for the kids! I have a big insulated lunchbag with an ice pack in it and I keep all my food in there - I'd die without it!
