push press- up to 1rm 210lbs(5lb pr)
inc press- 5 x 5 135lb w/light bands
cl grip press- 5 x 5 155lb w/light bands
wide gr pull ups- 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 6
upright rows- 4 x 10 w/mini band
shrugs- 3 x 25 w/155lbs
tri pressdowns- 6 x 10 w/light band
felt like crap tonight but still pulled off a 5lb pr on ohp so i'm not bitchin
