after board presses i went ahead and benched reg w/shirt to see if i could lift the weight it would take to touch my chest. last time(wk or 2 ago) i couldnt get 260 to touch but was afraid i wouldnt be able to lock out more..
-3 board press---- up to 2rm 255lbs
-" " shirted--2 sets of 2 w/255lb, 1rm--275Lbs..then did it again just for good measure to make sure i paused long enuff. think i may have had a lil more
-standing strict press--- up to 145lbs
-inc bench 3 x 6 w/165lbs
-tbar row(underhand)---3 x 8 w/3 plates
-lat raises ---- 3 x 8 ea side w/30lb db
i was so happy. thats a 10lb pr from just a couple wks ago but may be more than that bc i did it twice w/ bout 2 min rest so hopefully ill get more by meet time
