Haven't used the thick bar as often as i should be...this was a good wake up call

Overhead barbell extentions

Chinups

Static knee raise on the thick side of the powerrack so it would work my grip. I do these to complete failure...and its been working really well. I find that if imagine myself at a competition or something I can go alot longer.
I made one big video and put some music and all that jazz like cheesecake does.
