Doing a slight variation of WSB instead of working to 1RM i work to a 3RM, everything else is pretty close. I will have vids up tomorow assuming i get the capture card. All lifts raw

Squat GMs
45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 245x3 ( 3RM PR )

Stiff Leg Deads
135x8, 185x6x2

Reverse Hypers
2 sets of 8 @ BW

Spread Eagle Situps
3 sets of 8 @ BW

My erectors feel great, they got a hell of a workout and so did my hams. Tomorow is ME Bench
 
good job man!

i like to go to my 3rm also, since i sometimes train alone, in those situations, its nice to see that if i hit a 3RM, then i would have got a bit more on my 1RM. i just calculate it that way. sometimes if i overestimate my 3RM....it becomes my new 1RM. hehe.

3rep maxes I feel more comfortable than 1rmax. how did the Gm's feel? solid workout, hope to see some front squats next time. :)
 
Gms felt good, definately hit the hammies. I wont be doing fronts anytime soon. My quads take a hard enough hit everyday at practice.
