Looks like you havea good natural peak in your biceps. You could use some more development in your mid and lower back... as well as your lats. but you have a great foundation starting ... and really good peak in your bis...

Arms and shoulers look good.. like Cdiddy said you really need some back development.. all over.
 
thanks for the critique guys.. i've implemented a few new excersizes into my back routine. A few key ones include: pull ups, dead lifts and rows. I've always neglected my back, i'll have new pictures in the summer stay tuned...
