i did me lower today bc week has been all screwey bc i been sick and was gonna take the week off but decided to start back today. it was short
rack pulls 18"
-up to 1rm 435lbs(13lb pr)
front squats
-up to 1 rep @ 225....this was as high as i could go w/o it rolling off..first time ive done these really
calf raises
- 3 x 15 w/185lbs
ab pull downs
- 8 x 10 w/light band
