Goodmorning squat: 115lbs x 1 rep max.... this is huge for me seeing as how if I just try it I could more than likely squat my bodyweight of 130. HUGE PR 
Seated gm's: 75lbs x 3 rep max
Overhead BB lunges: 30lbs x 4 x 10 (EACH LEG)
Pull throughs: 50lbs x 5 x 5
Hanging leg raises: BW x 3 x 8
Needless to say my hammies and lower back are SHOT once again!! Now I'm the one having the hard time sitting down and getting out of the chair without using my arms
