good day..........just was a little sore in the lower back from trying to deadlift 500 on wednesday.

Pin Suspended GM's - 495 x 1 - 40lb PR!!! 545 x 1 90 lb PR!!! however the 545 sure was F.U.G.L.Y. so i cut it off there. i was working out alone, so no one to look at my form.

High Box Squat - 2 inches above parallel - 405 x 3. very very easy, but my wrist were killing me from holding so much weight on both the gm's and the squat, so i cut it off there, i will try and get up to 495 x 3 next week.

Rack Pulls - 8 inch R.O.M - 315 x 4 x 6. didnt use chalk this time either.

pull down abs - 3 x 15 x 110.

1 leg hyper ext - 30 x 4 x 8.

deadlift hold thick bar - 135 x 1 x 30 seconds.

thanks........ are you talking about the gm's or the squat?

i didnt even try the squat. 405 x 3 was a joke. from the waist down, nothing was hurting too bad, they slowed down a little, but nothing was strainging to hard. i didnt even attempt 495 on the box squat due to how bad my wrist were hurting.

i got the 500 on the gm's.

got it up to my knees twice. it was supposed to be a test, not an actual max, but oh well i overestimated myself.
