I think it's a mediocre thermogenic supplement, nothing speciall like they claim. The only thing I liked about it was that I didn't get the jitters from it. I really wouldn't buy it again though, it's way overpriced, as are all Biotest supplements unfortunately. Otherwise, I'd be buying vanilla Grow all the time, yummy!

I've never tried it, but its fuckin expensive as hell. If your gonna use something like that adipokinetix is cheaper, the cheapest ive seen it is nutritionmegastore.com
