Has anyone tried MD6? i have used xenadrine but have had trouble with lower body fat loss...maybe the yohimbine would help? i had good results with Adipokinetix before it was taken off of the market which also had yohimbine. any info would help!

It's worked quite well for me and one other person I know. To optimize the effect of the yohimbine HCL component, time your intake to correspond with low insulin levels.

The low insulin comment means DO NOT take it with sugar or carbs. If you take it like that it will not work at all. My sister is using her second bottle now and when she started finally to take it at least one hour before her next meal (with carbs) it began working straight away. Sides were not so bad for her, sleeplessness a bit and some bit of agitation, but these were much less after using for about 2 weeks.
Order it straight from biotest for the best price.

wow, i did not know that. i was taking it (just started last week) about 5 minutes before breakfast and lunch meals. I will start taking it an hour before meals as you recommended. Do you know why you are supposed to take MD6 like this to correspond with low insulin levels?

High insulin levels negate the positive effect of yohimbine on the A2 receptors, which are predominant in thigh and hip areas of women, and in the abdomen of men.

Taking yohimbine products on an empty stomach is preferable, so timing dosages at least 90 minutes after meals containg carbs, but at least 45 minutes prior to the next meal containing carbs, is ideal. You can also take these products while ingesting protein and/or fat since neither will spike blood insulin levels.

Using yohimbine products while following a low-to-moderate carb/moderate-to-high protein nutritional program (i.e., 0.30 - 0.40 grams/lb of bodyweight of carbs/ 0.60 - 0.80 grams/lb. of bodyweight) should be beneficial provided you are performing some weight training and some aerobics.

Good luck...
