Mcdonalds Calorie Calculator

macdonalds and other fast food can be very helpfull to body builders

some body builders get to the point where they use junk food to take in the extra calories and fat, some almost need to do it. I'm not saying it's good to eat macdonalds and shit all the time, but it can be helpfull when bulking at times
 
There has GOT to be a better way to get extra calories. Mc D's (most fast food, for that matter) is like putting hair gel into your gast tank. gak
 
i aint eating no mcdonalds no matter what, that shit is nasty and eating that shit makes you breakout and feel like crap.
 
yea, some bb's need macdonalds to keep their cals high enough...but look at what else they need to look the way they do. If they really wanted to most of them could find ways to eat clean and still take in those massive ammounts..but a double wopper is much easier. Personally I would end up on the toilet if I had any of that junk.

Shame it hasnt got protien and carbs on there too :)

Do you think if i ate all that each and every day, i might start to bulk a little, and over come my raging metabolism :)

Your half right about that bodybuilder thing. When they start dieting for a show they do eat very clean, and still obscene ammounts of food. When they are off season most of them eat pizza's, fast food, and junk all day which is why they look like fat guys with rediculous forearms in the off season. Because they are already so big and lean, and with the drugs they dont get too out of shape from eating all the junk. If the average person ate all that you would be on some talk show as the guy that got too fat to leave his house(or maybe jared from subway).
