Maybe i am wrong...or am i?

Ok, I have a friend who is originally from Indonesia. Not a big suprise he idolises Ade Rai. Once we had a heartly discussion, he was trying to convince me that this guy is all natural (about 6 months ago)... i just got email from him where he basically cut&paste text from here

I am about to give up, i mean yeah, the guy could be natural but anyone else thinks so? I mean what are the chances?
 
It is easily possible to achieve that look naturally, now is Rai natural? I don't know, but that should be no problem for folks who have a clue. peace

but easily? I assume you are sarcastic...if not i would appreciate sample split and diet to achieve this easy goal...and yeah, what time frame we are talking here?

Time frame? 5 years to a decade to look respectable. Good point in pointing out my usage of "easy", that was a bit too much.
Here is my diet, I have been doing this for the last 6 years now.

Meal 1 - Chicken Breast, Banana, scoop of peanut butter
Meal 2 - Chicken Breast, 1/2 cup of beans, 1/2 cup of rice, handful of walnuts, scoop of whey protein with milk
Meal 3 - same as 2
Meal 4 - Protein shake with banana (isopure or scitec preferred)
Meal 5 - 10 egg whites, handful of walnuts, scoop of whey protein with milk
Meal 6 - (pre workout meal) 5 egg whites, apple with tablespoon of peanut butter
Meal 7 - Protein shake with banana
Meal 8 - Steak with organic, baked tortilla chips and picante sauce, 1/2 cup of brocolli.

*with each meal I drink 16 oz of water.


Split:
Sunday-chest
Monday- calves, abs, cardio
Tuesday- back
Wed- shoulders(every other week, the week I don't train shoulders I train my arms)
Thurs- Legs(most important)
Fri- calves

Never repeat an exercise from week to week, always show your body something different. peace
 
Just to add...

The last line of havocs post is probably the most important in terms of training.
