I'd walk out the front door with a camera and start taking pictures of the car paying heavy attention to the occupants. NARC's HATE HAVING THEIR PICTURES TAKEN, BLOWS THEIR COVER SO TO SPEAK. I know this works, had to do this once along time ago, he left right on the spot, they NEVER came back and it was diffenately a PIG!!! Public licence plate, radio gear etc...
