What are your thoughts on how much muscle a person can gain per week?
We've all seen cycles where people talk about gaining 25 lbs in the first 4 weeks when we all know a LOT of that is water and fat.
Does anyone have an educated guess as to the amount of muscle the body can produce per week while on gear? I'm sure the type of gear has a lot to do with the amount of muscle built but there has to be a general limit (per week) that your body is capable of building while on.
Does it all vary greatly depending on the genetics of the person or is there an average ballpark range?
Just wondering what to be satisfied with gaining while on.
