Thanks for the information. I think I've been making the same mistake alot of knuckleheads do in the beginning. I jam down these high amounts of protein in 3-4 meals. I've also totally ignored the time I sleep. Not very effiecient . I'm going to try 40g mixed (Cass & Whey) 4 times and 20g of W in between 4 times.
I've been taking ZMA on an empty stomach before bed. Have you heard anything pos/neg about this and would I benefit more from the protein before bed instead?
Any opinion would be appreciated.
