Max Weight Adjustments following an off-week

After taking a week off from lifting, do you typically (a) increase the weight as you normally would, (b) keep the weight the same as it was before your off week, or (c) drop the weight a bit and build back up for a week or two before surpassing your previous totals?

I am currently taking a week off after lifting for a few months straight, so I want to have the right game plan in place when I get back into the gym on Monday...
 
it really depends on the body of the person. i would say just keep increasing and ignore your week off...like it never happened.

if you cant do that then just settle for the same weight...if youve gone down in weight then immediately removed your fingers from your vag :P
 
I take a week off in between the end of my heavy phase and my light phase. When I come back to the light phase I start all my weights heavier than in the previous cycle.
