Max protein from Whey?

What's the generally accepted maximum amount of protein you can consume in the form of whey protein concentrate/isolate per meal (shake)?

try to get some digestive enzymes and probiotic if you are getting the poops from shakes. You probably have a lactose issue that is causing the digestive issue. I drink anywhere from 3-5 a day and never had poops issue (i use lactose free for this reason)
 
how much do you weigh? how many a day depends solely on body weight. between 40 - 50g a shake. i was told by a reputable source that anymore than this and you're just excreting it out even if you're on juice.

Yeah my main question is how many grams per shake is reasonable?

I'm 190 lbs, I usually do 3 scoops, which at 28grams WPC/scoop is about 22 grams protein/scoop.....math tells me that's just over 60 grams of protein per shake.

If I thought it would do any good I could up it to 100grams a shake.

do what you want, but i think it would be more beneficial to have a 2 scoop shake, wait about 1-2 hours and have another 2 scoop shake. think of it as using a supplement or aas. you want a steady amount of protein/aminos coursing through your body all day.
