Max-ot Workout By Ast

Just wondering if anyone is following the MAX-OT workout outlined on www.ast.com ?

Anyone had good results from it? I tried it a year ago and it was awesome. I'm thinking of trying it again.
 
I'm on week 2 of that AST Max-OT program. I plan on following it all 12 weeks. So far I really like it. It took some getting use to on the first week finding the weight on all the lifts that would only allow me 4-6 reps.

I definately recommend getting a little memo pad (journal) and recording your weights so you can look back and see excatly what weight to use in week 2, 3, etc.. without doing wasted sets/reps trying to find that 4-6 rep range weight again.

I used their principles in my routine going into this past summer. For the most part it went really well. Keep in mind the workouts they give your are just sample workouts so really you can do any lifts you want. Good luck hope it works as well for you as it did for me.
