how much can you for example, inject in your delts? without risking to form an abcess, or any other side effects...
sure it must be wiser to inject bigger "loads" in larger muscles.. but what do you guys think is top, per muscle group?
I wouldn't go more than 2cc in my delts, but it depends on how big you are. Some use 3cc and some use 2cc. But I also don't use more than 2cc on any muscle group. Just my personal preference.
Actually, using 3cc is a good way to stretch the fascia of the muscle thus allowing for greater muscle growth. I can say for sure that it works awesome!
