I wonder were on S. Ocean this is at??? Unless they are tearing down some existing properties, I can't picture where it would be, unless it's south of Spanish River past the public beaches. I'll submit my info for some literature.

The luxury market with beach proximity is booming.....we're looking at selling our condo next year (a 1.2m unit just sold for 1.9 in my building)....and building a house.


Actually the median age in Boca is dropping every year, as youger people are flocking to the area.

2nd fastest growing job market in S. Florida......


Get this.........Ft. Meyers is #1...???
 
Entry level bargain basement model starts at 4mil.

I have seen the brochures... good lord. It is excessive at it's best. Every balcony has it's own private hot tub. You look at the layouts and you could turn the hallway into a bowling lane. Or ride a bicycle around.

Boca is going to blow up ten fold in the next year. West Palm Beach is fading fast with the Euro-crowds. Mainly because they can't get in anywhere there. So they are turning to Boca.

Ft Myers is #1 because it started as nothing recently. The developer of my condo in WPB is doing another project in Ft Myers now; I don't necessarily see it as sustainable, but what do I know? I am sure they said the same about Ft. Lauderdale in 1975.
