Anyone use or try his combat conditioning workouts? What do you think of them?

I haven't used them, but I have perused his material and thoughts on things. He's a great salesman lol.

If your goal is strength and size then his stuff is CRAP imho. But, I think you will develope good bodyweight muscular endurance from it.

But, who cares?

Nobody ever won anything quickly with endurance, but many a thing can be won quickly with strength, power and explosiveness.
