i am just worried about my first cycle with the deca and t3 and clen my goal is to maintain muscle add some maybe while reducing bodyfat as my maintence cal level is 3045 a day and i am stopping to 1500 a day i know it will be hard but people say that deca 200mg a week is not enough to do anything and that is what i am going to take for 9 week hitting 400 mg for weeks in the middle help if i am doing wrong
