Ive been uding it for months, they just had a great special on it too, got three 6lb tubs overnighted. Tastes great, mixes well and it has some vitamins/minerals as well as some fiber to reduce constipation associated with a lot of protien powders. I highly recommend it.

It is the only protein drink I use......... I use the chocolate flavor...never tried the vanilla........... its tastes good too.....

The chocolate with some peanut butter is awesome. Let's put it this way drink I drink it 3 time's per day and so far up 20 pounds!! No shit--
