Mass cycles important??????

Yea i was just wondering how many mass cycles a year you guys go through, and if you cut really hard right after each cycle?
Is it that important to really eat like crazy to gain muscle or can you just have average fat content and still get good results.
Cause if you cant tell im alittle worried about putting on mass and not being able to lose the excess fat. Im not over wieght right now only because i diet alot, however i gain fat just by eating what most people eat, so i try and watch what i put in..

hmmm

Well once you learn how to properly diet you really don't worry about the fat you put on because you know how to diet it off.
Only way to increase mass is putting some nasty fat on.....
 
i go on one bulking fase a year, but it last 8 months :o

I have to, because no way else am i gonna put on any type of weigth. The i cut 2 months for summer, then just maintain the 2 months of beach season, then its back to the king the burger king :D
