well im starting at the beggining of summer and goin 12 weeks for a mass cycle...first time using AAS... im 6' 2" and 205lbs BF is low not sure what it is tho...i will be consumin 4000-5000 cal a day and 200-300mg of protein...
test E weeks 1-12....500mgs(250mg mon and 250mg thurs)
d bol weeks 1-6... 40 mg ED(20 morning and 20 afternoon before work)
winstrol weeks 6-12... 100 mg EOD
clomid, nolva, and arimidex on hand for bloat and gyno and PCT
so what do you guys think....is this good or should i change something? im lookin for 15-20 lbs and some good strenth gains... also is that the right time to run winstrol? i want the winny to just harden up what i have gained and keep some of my strength and weight from the d bol...
