Friedgen is a really stout MD fan. Remember when they won their first game and he want over to were the band was set up and led a rendition of MD's alma mater?

Also one of the conditions of his being hired was a top-of-the-line, $1m video editing setup. They got Boomer Esiason to pay for it.

I don't think he's going anywhere soon.

You try taking Scott McBrien, and even try to beat a middle school team. We've played two tough games this season: Notre Dame and FSU. We've scored one touchdown combined in those games. And that was a running play.

He blows, and unfortunately until the Bruce comes back, he's all we got. So fuck him for the time being.
