Just finished a nice tricep & ab session after work today,came home and was making a protein shake while my younger brother is jawing off to me about lifting weights and then boom a 4.5 magnitude earthquake just hit us from 5km away it shook the house that hard it cracked the concrete render off the walls outside a little bit lol something different to end the week anyways and I drank my quake shake and told my brother to hold on to them little nuts of his(cose he doesn't use hcg)
