no, it increases appetite so you can eat more and get BIGGER! But while on cycle, you might get elevated blood pressure/anxiety.
 
Smoking anything is not healthy. And is not going to help your cardio any.

But I smoke and as long as I dont do it before lifting, no problem. I think the only thing you really have to worry about is motivation and not eating to much junk food. If your a motivated stoner, and get high and will eat a ton of red meat and chicken your all set.

Some people love to smoke and lift, ive done it but its not for me, but to each his own.

I know plenty of bbs that are huge and lean and smoke daily.
 
I smoke moring till night.. everyday for life and no problems.. All you need to do is switch to vaporizing and dont smoke from a bong, pipe, joint or anything else. Volcano vaporizors are the best. They elimiate 98% of the carcinigens...

My day:

Wake up 500 am; turn on the volcano...
Take a Shit/take some Nano Vapor and smoke a bag of weed...
Work out from 5:30 till 6:45 (HARD)
get ready for work...smoke again... 8am...
go home for lunch...12am and smoke some more...
come back to work and off at 5pm..
5pm till 10pm... smoke the whole time...

Sat/Sun -- Smoke till i Die; Fuck girls and play Call of Duty 4...

215, 6'2, clear face, skin, can run for days, and healthy... But if I stoped Vaporizing and swiched to conventional ways of smoking... you can forget about it.. I would like a true shitty as pot head...

420 can do wonders and help you....Drinking is what fucks you up but is ok once an awhile...
 
I used to smoke and lift every once in a while and I loved it. I got the sickest mind muscle focus like that. It definitely didn't help my diet any but I think the extra sleep made up for it.

used to know this guy in the gym he must of been in his 40s pretty jacked used to smoke up in his work van come in the gym....ive never seen anyone lift with so much focus lol the guy was in his own little world with his ipod on
 
makes me lazy in the gym and cannot diet for shit on it cause i lose motivation to diet. i love weed though. don't get me wrong. it has it's place. it's after i lift before i eat my pwo shake and food :)

I cant lift for shit if I smoke. I'm like "ahh man this shit is too fuckin heavy, this is too hard, fuck it"
 
I wouldnt mind starting to smoke a bit before lifting.
I went down the road with a amte once and got stoned, then we came back to my shed and started benching being idiots. But I did notice that the weight seemed like nothing.

But Im afraid if I do this in the gym Ill lose motivation and curls over and sleep lol.
And the fact I get driven around so itd be hard for me to hide from the rents and other people.

Yes, I smoke half a pack a day and cycle and smoke pot every morning after work/before bed (I typically get home around 330-4am). This tren makes me an even worse insomniac than I already am so the weed really helps. However, there is no fucking way I can smoke a cig on the way to the gym or work out high. I have tried it a couple of times and within five minutes of working out I'll say "Fuck this. I'm going home." and leave.
 
I have been told that smoking after your workout lowers cortisol. I can't back this up as it's just something I've been told by a few BB's. Has anyone else heard this or is it bs?
 
Threads like this crack me up.

Some of you guys are just trying to justify you're drug habits. Smoking marijuana is in no way healthy or beneficial.

To be clear here I'm not against drug use. If you are responsible and it's what you want to do then I totally accept it, and if you think it helps you MENTALLY then I encourage it. And I know from a fair amount of experience that it can be really fun, relaxing, so on and so forth.

I just think it's funny how people come on here and talk about benefits that it has. When in reality it has none.

Everyone here needs to come to a harsh reality, and realize it doesn't have any. From my experience it is addicting, and doing it regularly comes with consequences.
 
The consequences being that if you smoke pot regularly it comes with a lifestyle change, and one that isn't particularly oriented to accomplishing your goals.

In conclusion if you feel like you have to get high once and a while then just use a vaporizer like DC or eat it. And if you want to smoke all the time, you won't ever get close to your full potential. You have to moderate yourself at the very least.
