Who cares if they go after pot smokers or dealers. Weed sucks anyway. You ever talk to a person who smoked weed heaviy for 20 years? Thats why it's illegal, these people cant even think straight and you walking away commenting to others on how "burnt" they are. If anything this drug war keeps the DEA from really cracking down on the AAS users and deals. If weed was legal, they would go after AAS with even greater force...Atleast Anabolics does something postive for the individual.

I know quite a few chronic weed smokers who are not burnt out. I'll agree that it has a short term effect on my mental processes, but I don't think you're going to turn into a mentally handicapped person after using it for an extended period of time.

What is a "positive" effect? This is very subjective, which is one of the reasons marijuana should be legal. If what you're doing doesn't hurt anybody, you should be left alone to do it if YOU feel it enhances your life. Juice isn't for everybody and neither is weed- that's the beauty of the power of choice.

Allen, back in our years we did marijuana too, so dont blame your self and think its a bad thing, and dont need to be ashamed of anything, if you ever want to smoke it, tell us that your doing it and tell us that if you really want it, tell me and i will get you some seeds so you can grow your own!!! and i SAID HELL YEAH!!! so my dad said his gowing to get some seeds from my uncle which is a doctor, and has access to medical marijuana, and give me about 200 seeds or so so i can grow it in my basement!! so i went over many great websites and read as much as i could about growing it!!! and i orderd 2 HPS lights for my christmass present, and they should be here soon... YAY!!

If weed were to be legalized, as alcohol, there should be an age requirement. Since I don't know you, I won't generalize... but most 17 year old kid's do not use weed as they should. Most younger kids continue to give people reason's to keep pot illegal.

Your parent's should certainly not be doing as they are. I'm glad they were so open minded to speak with you, rather than talking down to you... but a father giving his 17 year old son seed's isn't good. Even if it was legal. Rather, he should be ordering your college applications, scholarships, etc... to further your education, which will further you as a person. Sure, if he wanted to fire a doobie with you once a month as father and son, cool... but many younger teens do use pot as a gateway drug. This is because they do pot to get "fucked up." I smoke pot to increase my love for the world, to be more spiritual, to give me the appreciation of the small, living things in this world, such as flowers, trees, birds... all the beauty in the world that most people are unable to see once they are no longer children.

I'm not lecturing you or anything... just keep your head on straight and realize that you will not make it through college smoking weed all the time. All good things are worth waiting for... and pot certainly falls into that category.
