I know one thing for absolute certainty: I smoke 4 to 5 times a day for the past year and my gains are awesome. To be honest I workout with about 5 other people and my gains have consistently been better than any of these nonsmokers. Not to say that weed has helped me, but i know that I've grown faster than them so its gotta be something
...I wonder if i can still call myself natty
