There's a bor at my gym who weighed 500+ lbs two years ago when he joined, he's now down to 210.........kudos to people who won't give up. :)

well i was reffering to them uctually understanding that, that was an awsome acomplishment for that guy, saved his life, from suicide, health risks, and just plain changed his life and whole out look. see on the aas forum, we might now have 6000 posts or 2 lines of karma but i tell you one thing, we all go way out of our way to help eachother in whatever way we can, just like what a forum is ment for. but here you are surrounded by asswholes like yourself that have to talk about bullshit and put people down. sorry if i offended anyone else but its not cool to make a joke out of a situation like that, its just fking ignorance

you seem like a good fellow. a bit foolish, as is your perspective, but then so am i.

try seeing it differently, and realize that i am merely joking, that i have the right to be joking, and that this is the right place for joking. i mean no harm to anyone, and that shouldn't be so hard to see, even from way up there on your high horse.
