I know you can order the pellets, get the conversion kit.... etc

My main question is can you get the pellets shipped directly to your address? If you live in an apartment in Los Angeles, will they still send them out?

Any other info on the process would be most helpful... such as how easy it is... did you waste any product the 1st time trying it...etc

I live in LA and they were shipped to my apartment. I wasn't home so I had to sign for them at the Post Office. No problems at all. I know that the conversion seems alittle tough until you try it. It's easier than scrambled eggs.
