Making powder into an injectable?

Please let me know how I can make my powders into injectables? I have read a few posts, but I still need more info... Basically here are a few things that I'm not familiar with;

-One guy on triedia said that you can mix hormone powders and oil, and they would mix. He said no BA is needed except for bacteria protection. Sounds fishy to me? I thought that the hormone suspends in the BA, not the oil.

-What is the "maximum" ratio of BA vs. oil before the injections start getting painful?

-What is the "usual" ratio of BA vs. oil in a f.ex. 250mg/ml test cyp/enathate solution?

-How do I do it? I have made fina from pellets, so this *should* be easy... First I mix BA and hormone and then add the oil as much as is needed to get a specific consentration, right?
