Making a change..PLEASE HELP!

please help...
ive decided to train twice a day.
AM: cardio 1 hr - no eating prior.
PM: weights plus 30mins (low intensity)cardio.
im cutting (trying...w GREAT difficulty). If the training is at 6pm what can I eat before and do I have to have carbs after if its so late at night?
 
eat a decent portion of protein and complex carbs like some brown rice, potato, oatmeal, wheat bread about an hour or so before you go lift weights. i lift at 5pm and then after that i down a protein shake with some milk in it and then that's it for carbs for the night. my last two meals are usually chicken breast or steak and water, and then a protein shake with water.
