Make injectable b12

for me its not worth it when i can get sterile human grade b12 injections just by simply going to my doc and asking for them.

Good lookin out brother!! - I just ordered 250ml - i'm gunna do it ALL in one month :jarswim:
Their cheap as hell.
I don't know if you can do that in a month, that's about 8cc's/day.
That stuff stings a little going in, if you've never tried it.

guys, why use injectable b12? what does it do for you rather than take tabs?
Tabs are pretty much worthless compared to injectable.
It's like why use a transdermal when you can inject test.
One method is much more effective than the other.

why bother making it? i just called my dr to ask her about some b12, she's going to call me in a script for inj'ble b12.. its so cool having a cool dr on hand,,she knows all bout me as well as what i do.. so cool. she'll give me about anything i need (within reason)

There is absolutely no advantage to using inj B12.

B12 is meant to be absorbed orall and in conjunction with the other B vitamines. Nowhere in nature does B12 exist without the complex available. The digestive system is quite effectient in absorbing vitamins. That's what it's designed to do.

DX7 contains 730% of the RDA of B12. Even if you absorb only HALF of it, it''s still more than you can possible use.

B12 injections were used back in the 50's when poverty stricken people had severe anemia from malnutrition. If a doctor gives you one, it's just to placate you. There's no point. A waste of a good syringe.

No more than one of those subliqual dropper things. Even then I'd say it's mostly placebo but it can't hurt. Since B12 is water soluable itleaves the system in a couple of days anyway. You need to constantly replenish so no matter how much you take in one shot, you piss most of it out.

B12 SC shots SUCK leaves a painful lump in my belly...honestly never noticed too much from 1,000mcg or whatever it is of b12 from AG guys

Really? ARE YOU A DOCTOR????? – I’m sick of your shitty "less is better" advise. Go to an ALL NATURAL board to promote your useless supplements. Just goooooooo

I don't know what u guys dog b12 - I just got mine and it makes me feel GREAT. . . . . like I got a hole in my stomach – I’m hungry right after I eat a full meal and I’ve got plenty of energy.

Yeah b12 really seems to work for me.

I don't have a study or proof. I just felt like I had better pump, more energy, better recovery, and good appetite with b12.

All subjective. yeah, could be a placebo effect. Maybe it is. I like that effect, though.
